Feeling irritated

This morning I woke up feeling irritated and moody.
Our moods are like weather, constantly changing. One minute we are ok, next minute we get upset and angry. The worst is, when we feel down and we cannot explain why.
Has it ever happened to you?
Have you ever felt irritated for no reason?

Life can be sometimes an emotional roller coaster. Some days we feel like nothing can stop us . Other days we feel utterly hopeless.

But we all have small rituals which makes us feel better, you know.... those little things we all do to put us in a happy mood.

I can say it is my morning ritual to get a cup of coffee soon after waking up and having it while watching my favorite sitcom Friends.
This always cheers me up.

A ritual  is anything we do repeatedly or in a particular manner.
They can be anything.....(you name it).
Our small rituals connect us, every hour of every day.

  1. This happened to me just yesterday. I woke up in the worst mood and had no explanation as to why I was in such a bad mood. I've found that when I'm in these sort of moods watching a movie or just spending time with my family helps to put me back into a better mood.

  2. I have a saying: "If you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, go back and wake up on the right side." It's through action that we can dispel a bad mood and restore our energy for life.

    This is really true for me to have a well sleep which definitely affects my mood as I wake up.

I think we all have days when things are more difficult and I really believe that we can choose to change the day for the better, by searching for a positive inspiration and focusing on doing something enjoyable.
