Have you ever been down

We all dream about perfect life, happy ever after.
But to get there, sometimes we have to go through struggle.
How many of you had a broken heart, argument with your loved one, being let down by someone, losing the job, not having enough money, or not knowing what to do with your life?

Have you ever been down? Then you know.

Sometimes, it looks like it's a hopeless situation, you keep crying and thinking it can get only worst.
But that's not true.
To achieve what we want, to become what we want to be, to meet our prince charming, we all have to go through that.

Once in a while, things will fall apart in order for other things to fall into place. People will try to hurt you, put you down, provoke you and make you feel powerless. But whenever you feel down, don't stop believing in yourself.
You are an amazing person and like everyone else, you deserve to be happy. No matter what age you are, or what your circumstances might be, you are special and you have something unique to offer.

Difficult times have helped me to understand, that with a positive attitude, believe and not giving up, you can get through the hard times.
Believe it is possible to solve your problem. Tremendous things happen to those who believe. So believe the answer will come. It will. It doesn't matter if you try, and try, and try again and fail. The most certain way to get what you want is always to try just one more time.

Sometimes, when you are feeling down, one thought, one idea, can turn it all around for you.

So please, remember that :
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
- You are a thoroughly good person.
- You are honest, decent, truthful and hardworking.
- You treat other people with courtesy, respect and warmth.
- You are strong, confident and responsible.
- You are dedicated to your family, friends and company.
- You were born for a special reason and you have a great destiny to fulfill.

Don't let anyone lower your value. YOU ARE PRICELESS....

''Don't change so people will like you. Be yourself and the right people will love the real you. Believe in love, believe in happiness, believe that you can succeed. Call it out and make your dreams come true, despite all the negatives. Don't give up, you are closer than you think you are.''

"Just don't give up trying to do what you really want to do. Where there is love and inspiration, I don't think you can go wrong.''
~Ella Fitzgerald~

A short story

Can you recall the last time you were really angry at someone?

Rarely this feeling of anger help us in getting what we want. Too often it works against us, resulting in more pain.
From now on, try to get rid of the misunderstanding or problem as soon as possible.
Remember, that feeling resentment, anger, or any negative emotions attracts it back to you.

Today, I came across this short story and I decided to share it with you.
Wishing you all a lovely evening and happy reading.

Sand and Stone

A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they
had an argument and one friend slapped the other one in the face. The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand:

They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one, who had been slapped, got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After the friend recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone:

The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him,
"After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?"
The other friend replied:
"When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it, so we can remember it."

Always remember the good things others do for you. Remember the good things in life and let them inspire you to even greater heights in life.

"To forgive is the highest, most beautiful form of love. In return, you will receive untold peace and  happiness."

How to be persistent

''A little persistence, a little more effort and what seemed a hopeless failure, may turn to glorious success.''

~Elbert Hubbard~

The question is how to be persistent.
It's kind of hard to do it when things don't go the way you want them to, or when it's taking longer than you thought it would.

So what is persistence?
It's a definition that you will stick to a purpose, idea, or task in any situation.
Persistence is not allowing anything to stop you from doing an activity once you start it.
It means that you don’t do anything for others approval, you do it because you want to do it.

The first step in this journey is to believe in yourself and what you want to do.

If you become persistent only when you feel good about something, then you might lately give up one or more of your activities next time you feel down.
In other words, being persistent mean: ''Holding on even if you feel like quitting.''

If your approach isn’t getting you the results you desire, then try something else.  Keep trying until you find your recipe for success.  We often fail because we don’t try enough. You may just need to take a run at your goal from a different angle to succeed. Take things one day at a time.

Remember, if you decide to do something, but in the back of your mind you don't actually think you can accomplish it, you will sabotage your motivation. You will probably give up more easily, which will result in not believing in yourself and developing low self-esteem.

Believing in yourself is a positive tonic that helps people grow beyond their dreams. In life, there will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions.
So what to do..??
Start believing in yourself. With each step you take, you will grow stronger, more skilled, more self-confident and more and more successful.

Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize, how close they were to success when they gave up.
 ~ Thomas Edison ~

''To succeed, we must first believe that we can.''

Pineapple Exotic Treat

One of the greatest investments which we can make is to invest in our health, for there is no other investment like it.

Pineapple is definitely one of my favorite fruits and I have to say I'm a huge fan of ananas for many reasons. I love the taste of pineapple on just about everything, can't get enough of it.
Thanks to my boyfriend we have a slices of fresh pineapple in our fridge quite often. Whenever he sees ananas he buys it, cut it and put it in the box for me, so I can eat it at any time I want. It's not only taste great, but also have a slimming effect, which is very good since summer is fast approaching.

Does pineapple really help you loose weight???
Yes, it's true.
Sounds strange?

Pineapple is rich in water and fibre, two ingredients that are most important for losing weight. The combination of fibre and water takes away the hunger, which leaves you with a feeling of being full. Another thing that contributes to weight loss by using pineapple is the fact that ananas is a low calorie food. So drinking fresh pineapple juice and eating it regularly, may also help with weight loss.

Keep Smiling

''Smile'''s the word we hear all the time when our picture is taken.

''Keep smiling'''s the phrase we hear whenever we are feeling down.

Many people don't realize how powerful a smile is.
When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them.
Smile is contagious, so when we smile at another person, we pass all the wonderful benefits of smiling on that person. The most amazing thing about smile is that we don't need to say a word, all we have to do is to smile and people we smiling at, will immediately feel better.

When you smile you’re getting all sorts of positive benefits yourself. Think about it, it’s difficult to be angry and upset or stressful when you’re smiling. Your smile will boost the happiness you feel, an expression of happiness and joy in you.
A smile can work magic, it can heal emotional pain and it can remove physical pain.
That one simple smile has the power to calm fear, insecurity, hurt and anxiety.

Always remember to be happy because you never know who's falling in love with your smile.

How powerful a smile can be?

1.) Very powerful a smile can brighten your mood and make your day a happy one.
2.) A smile is the first thing many people notice. It shows your inner beauty.
3.) Promotes self-confidence.
4.) Has positive health effects.
5.) Smiling relieves stress.
6.) Smiling lifts the face and makes you look younger.
7.) Smiling helps you stay positive.
When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from depression, stress and worry, keep smiling.

''A smile is an inexpensive way to change your looks.''
~Charles Gordy~

A smile costs nothing but gives much.
A smile cannot be bought, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. Some people are too tired to give you a smile.
Give them one of yours, as none needs smile as much as he who has no more to give.
~Author Unknown~

Wishing you a wonderful week full of smile and laughter.
