Speaking of chocolate

Few days ago was a very cold and rainy day. On days like this I prefere to stay at home, watching nice movie, having a glass of wine, being wrapped up in blanket and of course eating chocolate.
Speaking of chocolate, I'm a huge fun.
I love chocolate any time of the day for any reason :-)
Do you feel the same?
And also...

Did you know chocolate is good for you?
(Of course in a small amount)

1.) Chocolate makes us feel good
2.) It melts in your mouth
3.) It really is good for you (in a small amount)
4.) Chocolate isn’t a food, it’s a medicine – an anti-depressant  :-)
5.) Contains antioxidants
6.) Helps the body generate serotonin

What is serotonin?
Serotonin is the happiness hormone that regulates the mood, reduces mood swings and even prevents depression .

But we still have to remember that it is important not to overindulge in chocolate, because it contains high amounts of saturated fats, sugar and can cause health damage or obesity. However, when eaten in moderate quantities, chocolate truly can be a miracle food.

Chocolate and positive thinking, my favorite combination.

''There's nothing better than a good friend, except a good friend with chocolate.''
~Linda Grayson~

''All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.''
~Lucy Van Pelt~

''Strength is the capacity to break a chocolate bar into four pieces with your bare hands - and then eat just one of the pieces.''
~Judith Viorst~

I have this theory that chocolate slows down the aging process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?

Something little to put a smile on your face!

This guy found a bottle on the ocean, he opened it, out popped a genie and gave him three wishes.

The guy wished for a million dollars and poof! There was a million dollars.

Then he wished for a convertible and poof! There was a convertible.

And then, he wished he could be irresistible to all women... poof!
He turned into a box of chocolates.

Now you tell me, why do you love chocolate and when it's your favorite time to eat it?

Feeling irritated

This morning I woke up feeling irritated and moody.
Our moods are like weather, constantly changing. One minute we are ok, next minute we get upset and angry. The worst is, when we feel down and we cannot explain why.
Has it ever happened to you?
Have you ever felt irritated for no reason?

Life can be sometimes an emotional roller coaster. Some days we feel like nothing can stop us . Other days we feel utterly hopeless.

But we all have small rituals which makes us feel better, you know.... those little things we all do to put us in a happy mood.

I can say it is my morning ritual to get a cup of coffee soon after waking up and having it while watching my favorite sitcom Friends.
This always cheers me up.

A ritual  is anything we do repeatedly or in a particular manner.
They can be anything.....(you name it).
Our small rituals connect us, every hour of every day.

Sometimes, when we feel irritated, inspiring quotes, or phrases can help us.
Next time when you feel the struggle is wearing you down, have a look at these quotations for the inspiration.
Positive life sayings help us realize how beautiful life is and also make us appreciate it.

''Beautiful pictures are developed from negatives in a dark room....So if you see darkness or negatives in your life, be reassured that a beautiful picture is being prepared.''
~Unknown ~

''You can be absolutely certain that when you feel you are being most unfairly tested, you are being prepared for great achievement.''

Something extra.... a little joke.

If you try hard enough....

When I was a little girl I loved reading fairy tales and inspirational stories. Even more I loved it when one of my sisters read them to me.
Every Sunday after lunch, we'd pretend to take a nap and my sister read to me as we lay on her bed in our bedroom. It was a great moment for me, because we learned something new, we laughed and we had fun.
One of the stories I remember is about the thirsty crow.
I like the concept of  this story so I decided to share it with you. Some of you may already know this, but for those who don't....please, enjoy.

The Thirsty Crow

One hot summer day, a thirsty crow flew all over the fields looking for water.

For a long time, she could not find any. She felt very weak, almost giving up hope.

Suddenly, she saw a water jug below her, which was kept on the other side of the tree.
She flew straight down to see if there was any water. When she looked, she could see some water inside the jug!

Yupiiiii, finally I got water, said the thirsty crow.
She quickly put her peak inside the pot of water, but couldn’t drink, because the water was deep below and the neck of the jug was too narrow.
Then she tried to push the jug down for the water to flow out. She found that the jug was too heavy.
Now the thirsty crow didn’t know what to do?

She sat for a while and looked here and there. Then looking around her, she saw some pebbles.
She suddenly had a good idea.

She started picking up the pebbles one by one. Then she came near the pot of water, threw one pebble in it and watched.
She saw that the water in the pot was coming up. So she put more pebbles in the jug. As more and more pebbles filled the jug, the water level kept rising. Soon it was high enough for the crow to drink.

Her plan had worked.
Without wasting anytime the thirsty crow drank all the water and fulfilled her thirst.
And then very happy, she flew away…

Moral of this story is:

''If you try hard enough, you may soon find an answer to your problem.''

Often when you feel like you want to give up and you are about to give up, you are so close to making a huge break-thru. Be an inspiration to others by refusing to give up.
You deserve to be happy and you deserve to have success.
Keep that mindset and never give up until you reach your destination!

How to attract money into your life

Sometimes it’s good to remind yourself, that there is always something you can do to make situation better than it is.
The truth is that when things are getting tough, by reminding yourself positive affirmations, positive quotes and using positive thinking,  you can change your day for better and make your dreams come true.

I decided to put together all my posts about money,  just to remind you how to attract money into your life.

Our mind is the source of all creation. If you want to attract a life of prosperity and abundance, you have to stop complaining, because thoughts that bring about bad feelings means you are ''not'' on the right track. I know it's hard to think you have a lot's of money, when it's not true, but it's worth to give it a go. All you have to do is reprogram your mind and the best way to do it is by using an affirmations.

Affirmations and visualizations are an extremely powerful tools to change your life. Every thought you think and every word you say is an affirmation. Our self-talk, the things we say to ourself is very important, because it directly effects our conscious and subconsious mind. We listen everything we say to ourself. The time for affirmations to become a reality is depending on your beliefs, how powerful the positive statement is and how determined you are to make a change in your life.

As you develop the habit of using positive affirmations in your life, you will begin to explore your feelings, beliefs and desire to continue to change and to create a life full of joy and fulfillment.
Below is a collection of affirmations for attracting money into your life. Remember that they work best if you really tune into the feelings of what you are focusing on. Say them with confidence and try to feel the essence of the intent.

I choose to live an abundant life.

Every day I am getting more and more money.

I am a magnet for money, I have now more than I need.

Money comes to me easily.

Money loves me.

The affirmations about money that I repeat attract money to me.

My financial situation is improving day by day.

Decide what you want, believe you can have it, believe you deserve it, believe it is possible for you. Close your eyes and visualize having what you already want and the feeling of already having it.

Why not give it a go to put together positive thinking, affirmations, visualizations and power of stones.

Citrin :
~ ~ ~ ~
Citrin is known as the success stone, it promotes prosperity, abundance and of course success. It particularly promotes success in business.
If you are in need of money, put the citrine in your wallet.
Does it really work???
Well, the only way to find out is to give it a go.

Think positive, use affirmations, dream big, believe in yourself and you can accomplish and achieve anything you want.
Wishing you all a great week full of positive thoughts.

''See yourself living in abundance and you will attract it. It always works, it works every time with every person.''
~Bob Proctor~

''Visualization is the process of creating pictures in your mind of yourself enjoying what you want. When you visualize, you generate powerful thoughts and feelings of having it now. The law of attraction then returns that reality to you, just as you saw it in your mind.''

We all need a pick me up

We all need a pick me up from time to time.
We all need at least one thing everyday to makes us smile, to make us feel good about life and light up our world.
I believe inspirational quotes can be a powerful tool to inspire you, to help you reach your goal, to help you feel good about yourself, or just to put a smile on your face.

I hope these quotes will inspire you and that you will share them with someone who may need them.

You've got to figure out what it is you love, who you really are
and have the courage to do that. I believe that the only courage anybody ever needs is the courage to follow your own dreams.''

''What you do, the way you think, makes you beautiful.''
~Scott Westerfeld~

Nivea Body Good-bye Cellulite Gel-Cream

Being a woman is a difficult business, it is a continue struggle against body fat, wrinkles and of course cellulite.
Cellulite is a word that many women fear, so how to fight it?

I have tried many different anti-cellulite before, but Nivea Good-Bye Cellulite Gel is by far the best. Interestingly enough, this gel-cream actually lives up to its label claims.
I have been using this product for a few months, applying it twice a day and I can say it does work.
It is easy to apply and smells wonderful.
Plus, it leaves my skin amazingly soft and smooth (even without exfoliation).

Combined with exercise and healthy diet, this product will help reduce the look of cellulite. It's important to follow instructions carefully and use the cream the way it's meant to be.
I recommend it to anyone.

How to use it:

Apply Nivea Goodbye Cellulite to problem areas (thighs, buttocks....) on a daily basis. Rub the gel cream into the skin in a circular motion until fully absorbed. Cellulite creams should be massaged onto the affected area. By massaging, you stimulate blood flow into the area, encouraging fat burn and cellulite reduction.

What else can you do to stop cellulite?

- Leading a healthy diet and regularly exercising can also contribute further to the reduction of

- My favorite sport is cycling. Cycling is another great way to get a good workout and exercise your
  legs at the same time.

- Skin brushing, it helps remove dead skin cells and stimulates circulation to assist in the reduction
  of cellulite.

- A healthy diet filled with lean protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as plenty of water, can
help reduce the appearance of cellulite. Eat a healthy balanced diet and detox from time to time to
  clean your system from toxins.

Remember, it’s never too late to change. By changing bad eating habits and by exercising, you can improve your overall health and get rid of that cellulite.
