Nivea Body Good-bye Cellulite Gel-Cream

Being a woman is a difficult business, it is a continue struggle against body fat, wrinkles and of course cellulite.

Cellulite is a word that many women fear, so how to fight it?

I have tried many different anti-cellulite before, but Nivea Good-Bye Cellulite Gel is by far the best. Interestingly enough, this gel-cream actually lives up to its label claims. 

I have been using this product for a few months, applying it twice a day and I can say it does work. 

It is easy to apply and smells wonderful.  

Plus, it leaves my skin amazingly soft and smooth (even without exfoliation).

 

Combined with exercise and healthy diet, this product will help reduce the look of cellulite. It's important to follow instructions carefully and use the cream the way it's meant to be. 

I recommend it to anyone. 

How to use it:

Apply Nivea Goodbye Cellulite to problem areas (thighs, buttocks....) on a daily basis. Rub the gel cream into the skin in a circular motion until fully absorbed. Cellulite creams should be massaged onto the affected area. By massaging, you stimulate blood flow into the area, encouraging fat burn and cellulite reduction.

What else can you do to stop cellulite?

- Leading a healthy diet and regularly exercising can also contribute further to the reduction of
  cellulite.

- My favorite sport is cycling. Cycling is another great way to get a good workout and exercise your
  legs at the same time.

- Skin brushing, it helps remove dead skin cells and stimulates circulation to assist in the reduction
  of cellulite.

- A healthy diet filled with lean protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as plenty of water, can
  help reduce the appearance of cellulite. Eat a healthy balanced diet and detox from time to time to
  clean your system from toxins.


Remember, it’s never too late to change. By changing bad eating habits and by exercising, you can improve your overall health and get rid of that cellulite.
