Which direction do you choose?

Being positive or negative are habits of thoughts that have a very strong influence on life.
The way we think, the words we say, the way we act, it's all affect our life.
Has it ever happened to you ... you talked about something or complained about something many times and boom ... suddenly it became true.

We spend our lives reacting to events and many times that's when things start to go wrong. 
You have to be careful whenever you are feeling down. When you are upset your thoughs take over and you might say words you don't mean to. Next time, the same situation happen again and you do the same thing over and over.
Do not let circumstances influence your thoughts and moods.
When you feel down, this is the time to visualize, think and expect the positive.

The law of attraction states that we are all made up of energies that vibrate according to the quality of our thoughts and emotions we concentrate on the most. Next time when you feel like to argue, try to use positive thinking. Stop for a while and say to yourself some positive affirmations. Believe in the power of your thoughts.

Remember: Positive thoughts are not enough. There have to be positive feelings and positive actions.

    I sometimes forget to calm down when am down. Through different experiences in my life, i have learned that there can be worse situations. I'm so positive and am learning how to be calm and cope with situations.

    And a positive direction can be truly maintained when we distance ourselves from a negative environment, negative influences that would attempt to sabotage our right to a peaceful, happy life.
