We need to find time to unwind, relax and if possible, free our minds just for a while.
Being in nature or listening to relaxing nature sounds can be a great stress relief.
When is the last time you stopped and went outside to a nice park?
Take some time to appreciate nature.
It is nice to paused, to enjoy the beauty of the sky, listening the relaxing sounds of the wind or take a walk in the park.
Go for a Walk.
Walking can be a peaceful and relaxing form of exercise. I find a long walk in nature energizing. Take time to smell a flower, get a breath of fresh air, focus on the beauty in everything.
Find a quiet place where you can sit and meditate. Regular meditation can lower your blood pressure and reduce chronic pain.
Remember that walking works off stress.
