The importance of hugs

We all need a hug sometimes.
No matter what our age or our position in life, we all need to feel safe. A hug has the power to make us feel safe, good, but it also relieves pain, depression and anxiety.
Reaching out and touching someone, holding them tightly, is a way of saying that you care.

So, from today give a hug.
Why????
Hugging is healthy. It helps the immune system, revitalize, cures depression, reduce stress and induces sleep.
It's invigorating, rejuvenating and has no unpleasant side effects. It's nothing less than a miracle drug.
Hugging is all natural.

It's organic, naturally sweet, has no artificial ingredients, environmentally friendly and is 100% wholesome. Hugging is the ideal gift. Great for any occasion, fun to give and receive, shows you care, comes with its own wrapping paper and of course, if, fully returnable.
A hug is positive energy transmitted in its simplest and maybe oldest form.
Hugs encourage intimacy, build relationships and lift spirits. We should all use it more often.

Wishing you all a lovely week full of hugs!

''A hug is an amazing thing, it's just the perfect way to show the love we're feeling, but can't
  find the words to say.''
~Johnny Ray Ryder~

''A hug is the perfect gift- one size fits all and nobody minds if you exchange it.''

''If you're angry at a loved one, hug that person. And mean it. You may not want to hug - which
is all the more reason to do so. It's hard to stay angry when someone shows they love you and
that's precisely what happens when we hug each other.''

  4. Sometimes it so happens that a small hug from someone make him/her very dearest. Once it happened with me too. Do not want to speak such things in the web but one thing i can surely say, i really felt great! I was really feeling like crying but then i felt good when i was hugged.
